purple dragon

❉ the last few days ive been busy nannying for my little girl cosi.. she's a gorgeous two year-old, blonde-haired, blued-eyed thing and an absolute darling. the playground today was full of kids with their filipino nannies who must pre-arrange their meetings there so they can catch up and gossip with each other while they push their little english kids on swings. one little girl was being so rude to her poor filipino nanny, sitting inside the wooden fort, telling the nanny nastily 'youre not allowed in my house!'.. it broke my heart... cosi can't speak yet anyway, but if she told me i wasn't allowed in her house i'd probably cry. luckily she loves me as much as i love her (probably more).
yesterday i took her to 'purple dragon', a fun kids play centre, where we painted pictures of elves and cooked bruschetta. the cooking instructor, tom, was a friendly young guy who was also quite handsome and cosi was totally love-shy around him. she'd stare at him in awe and then every time he'd come anywhere near her she'd grab my hand and hide behind me.

jerry and i have been working so much lately that it feels like we've barely seen each other. because he's been working nights and i've been working days, every time we collide, one of us is too tired to be bothered with the other. last night we finally worked a shift together at the club and i'd missed him so much i felt like tying myself to him so i could stay by his side all night. we decided we need to plan a romantic mini holiday together... i suggested cornwall, he suggested budapest.
